MARCH 2013: Unit goes through Eagle Crusher factory for refurb, with Eagle Crusher installing more than $38,000 worth of parts, and at that time the rebuilt Cummins engine had 500 hours on it.


MARCH 2018: Current owner has used machine for an additional 3,300 hours, crushing mostly ½” minus in RAP application.

Receiving Hopper: heavy-duty, steel reinforcement of side plates, 7'5" x 18'0" top opening;

Vibrating Grizzly Feeder: 45-1/2" x 18’ lg. includes 60" tapered step grizzly of nominal 1-1/2” opening, 25 HP, 1200 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, mounted as integral part with hopper on common base;

Transition Hood: consisting of a heavy duty fabricated feed chute with chain designed to accommodate vibratory-type feeding mechanisms and spraybar for dust suppression;

Horizontal Shaft Impactor: Eagle UltraMax 25 Primary/Secondary, Wt. 32,500 lbs., 34" x 48" feed opening, exclusive fixed bar solid steel sculptured rotor, cast primary curtain, secondary curtain with wear resistant replaceable liners, hydraulic shim adjustment on secondary curtain, crusher housing split with hydraulic opening for access to rotor, curtains and replaceable liners;

Fines Bypass Chute: for diverting material to the under-crusher gathering hopper;

Undercrusher Gathering Hopper: heavy-duty steel plate complete with full length rubber flashing and replaceable liners;

Plant Conveyor: 42" wide for transporting crusher discharge material to the 2-deck screen, 20° troughing idlers, high impact urethane/rubber slider bed in loading area, return rollers, 15 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive;

Vibrating Screen: 5' x 16' 2-deck, inclined, 15 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, stroke setting adjustable by weights;

Platforms and Railings: structural steel frame with expanded metal floor, platforms and railings located at the crusher, diesel, and hopper for operation;

Main Trailer Frame: 24" wide flange beam side rails, air ride tri-axle suspension with 71" track axles, twelve 255/70R 22.5 12-ply tires, air controlled brakes with emergency and service gladhands, fifth wheel plate and kingpin, prewired running lights with stop, directional and 3 light marker bar;

Hydraulic Lift/Leveling: set of six “stiff-leg” hydraulic cylinders controlled by a gasoline powered hydraulic unit complete with in-line load controls on each cylinder and directional control valves;

Drive Guards: formed sheet metal with wire mesh, complete with hinge type doors for easy access to pulleys and belts;

Central Control Panel: NEMA 4 type box, plant mounted complete with circuit breaker, transformer, motor starters and fuses, emergency stop pushbuttons, three extra 15 HP starters and fuses with quick disconnect plugs for radial stackers, and one dual 110 volt plug for scales only.  Remote operator’s pendant with all start/stop and emergency stop pushbuttons;

Diesel Power:  Cummins diesel 305-320 Cont. HP @ 1800 RPM, electronic controlled governor, emergency shutdown for low oil pressure, overspeed and high temperature, one 125 gallon fuel tank. Generator:  Generator Enclosure:

Magnetic Separator: Dings Model 33CR continuous belt magnet with stainless steel clad discharge belt, 5 HP, 1800 RPM, TEFC, electric motor drive, magnet rectifier converts AC voltage to DC voltage.
